ANDY BIGGS/KERR
FOR ARIZONA GOVERNOR
GOOD TORTA
Arizona doesn't need a governor who is learning how government works after taking office.
Arizona needs a governor who has already fought in the Legislature, already led the Arizona Senate, already represented Arizona in Washington, and already knows where the battles are.
That's Andy Biggs!!!
VOTE FOR ANDY BIGGS/KERR FOR STATE GOVERNOR!
He's an Arizona native who has spent decades in public service
Andy Biggs is an Arizona native and has served Arizona's 5th Congressional District in the U.S. House since 2016. Before Congress, he served in the Arizona Legislature and became President of the Arizona Senate. That matters for a governor's race because Biggs isn't learning Arizona government for the first time. He has already been inside it—from the state Legislature to the highest leadership position in the Arizona Senate to Congress. 🏛️ He has already led Arizona's Senate. This may be the most important qualification on his résumé. Biggs served as Arizona Senate President during the administrations of Governors Jan Brewer and Doug Ducey. His campaign emphasizes that experience as evidence that he knows how to move legislation, negotiate with other elected officials and manage a legislative agenda.
Former Governor Jan Brewer specifically cited that experience when endorsing him in July 2026, saying Biggs had worked with her on conservative policies that helped Arizona's economy recover after the Great Recession and on reforms involving child-protection agencies. Former Governor Doug Ducey subsequently endorsed Biggs as well, pointing to the period when Biggs served as Senate President and saying Arizona's economy prospered under the pro-growth, free-market and school-choice policies pursued during that era.
That's a powerful argument: Biggs has already worked with Arizona governors from the Legislature. Now he wants to sit in the governor's chair. 🛡️ He has made border security a central issue. Biggs' campaign says his administration would work with President Trump and local law enforcement to secure Arizona's southern border, combat drug and human trafficking, and support public-safety agencies. His congressional record has made border security one of his defining issues. And this isn't a minor campaign plank for Arizona.
Arizona is a border state.
Biggs is making the case that the Governor should aggressively defend the state's border interests rather than wait for Washington to act. 💰 He wants Arizona to be more affordable. Biggs' campaign platform calls for:
The broader argument is straightforward: Arizona shouldn't become California. Biggs is campaigning on keeping Arizona a state where businesses can grow, families can afford to live and people have an incentive to move here because of opportunity—not because of expanding government benefits. 🎓 He's campaigning on parental control of education. His campaign also emphasizes education and parental rights, including opposition to what he characterizes as ideological indoctrination. That fits directly with his broader philosophy that parents—not government bureaucracies—should have the primary authority over their children's education.
🔥 He's willing to fight
Biggs is not presenting himself as a consensus-for-consensus' sake politician. His campaign describes him as someone who has “never surrendered” when fighting for border security, lower taxes and putting Arizona first. That characterization is consistent with his national political profile: he served as chairman of the House Freedom Caucus and currently chairs the House Judiciary Committee's Crime and Federal Government Surveillance Subcommittee, while also serving on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. For voters who believe Arizona needs a governor willing to confront Washington, that's a major part of his appeal. His endorsements are unusually strong! Biggs entered the 2026 general election with endorsements from some of the most prominent Republican figures in Arizona and nationally. His campaign identifies endorsements from:

The Trump endorsement is particularly significant politically because Biggs was the Republican nominee after winning the July 2026 GOP primary. 🌵 And he's trying to broaden the ticket One of the smartest strategic decisions on the campaign is his selection of Sine Kerr as his running mate. Kerr brings something Biggs doesn't naturally possess: deep experience in rural Arizona, agriculture, water policy and farming. She served in the Arizona Senate, was Senate Majority Whip, chaired the Natural Resources, Energy and Water Committee, and operated a family dairy farm in Buckeye for decades.
