Esteban Flores — Key Issues
1. Parental Authority
Esteban Flores says parents have God-given authority over their children's education. He supports giving parents a stronger role in educational decisions and says he would defend parental authority and children's liberty.
2. American Civics & Constitutional Education
Flores supports returning American civics and U.S. and Arizona constitutional instruction to schools. He specifically references the Arizona Constitution's recognition of Almighty God. He argues that Arizona's public-education performance demonstrates a need for significant improvement.
3. Border Security & Public Safety
Flores identifies securing Arizona's southern border as a major priority. He says stronger border security is necessary for public safety and for protecting Arizonans.
4. Economic Opportunity & Affordability
Flores attributes high inflation and increased financial pressure on families to policies under the Biden administration. He supports legislation intended to make housing more affordable, favors reducing regulations affecting small businesses, and supports policies intended to encourage job growth. He frames his economic policy around 'Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.'
