EVIL TORTA was created to stand against policies, ballot measures, legislation and political candidates that we believe promote evil, injustice or ideas contrary to God's Truth and the principles upon which this nation was founded.

Why EVIL TORTA?

Politics matters. Laws matter. The people we elect matter. But politics is temporary. Eternity is not.

We believe evil should be opposed wherever we encounter it.

That includes policies, measures, legislation and candidates that we believe encourage injustice, attack human dignity, undermine liberty, or reject the moral principles found in God's Word.

We will expose what we believe is wrong, challenge those ideas, encourage people to think critically, and urge citizens to make informed decisions at the ballot box.

But that is only part of our mission.

A Political Decision
Or An Eternal Decision?

We don't want this website to simply convince you how to vote.

We hope it causes you to stop and consider something far more important:

Where do you stand before God?

Every election eventually ends. Every politician eventually leaves office. Every law eventually changes.

But every human soul will spend eternity somewhere.

The Plan of Salvation

The greatest problem facing mankind isn't political. It is sin.

1. Recognize Your Sin

The Bible teaches that every one of us has sinned and fallen short of God's standard. We cannot make ourselves righteous through good works, political activism, religion, morality or personal achievement.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

2. Repent

God calls us to repent — to turn away from our sinful life and turn toward Him. Repentance isn't merely feeling bad about sin. It is a change of heart and direction.

"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." Acts 3:19

3. Put Your Faith Completely In Jesus Christ

We cannot earn salvation. Salvation is God's gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.

Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. His sacrifice is sufficient. Our hope isn't in ourselves. Our hope is in Christ.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God." Ephesians 2:8

4. Be Baptized In The Name Of The Lord Jesus Christ

Baptism is an important act of obedience and identification with Jesus Christ. As Christ died and rose again, baptism pictures our death to our old life and our rising to walk in newness of life.

"Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." Romans 6:4

5. Live For His Honor And Glory

Salvation isn't an excuse to continue living for ourselves. It is the beginning of a new life. We aim to live as best we can for Jesus Christ — not because we believe our works earn salvation, but because we love the One who saved us.

"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

It All Comes Down
To The Cross.

The cross is where Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins.

We don't believe you can vote your way into Heaven. You cannot campaign your way into Heaven. You cannot earn your way into Heaven.

Salvation is by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Don't Just
Choose A Candidate.

Choose where you will place your faith.

Our hope is that EVIL TORTA can turn hearts and minds toward Jesus Christ — not merely toward a political decision, but toward a decision that will impact them for all eternity.

Repent. Believe. Follow Christ.
